At the moment, we are only cover delivery for all the serviceable areas within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia which stated by our partner courier service company.

We aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned in the product page. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. For any out of stock product order, will need additional time for delivery. Further notice will be given to the customer either through call or by e-mail.

All product(s) will be delivered within 14 working days from the day the full payment is received or from deliver confirmation date from us.
We only accept returns and exchange based on the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days from date of purchase/delivery (whichever is later).
  • The goods must be in "as new" as in it’s original condition including it’s box (undamaged) along with product guarantee card, free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.
  • Certain categories of products cannot be exchanged. These include any garment products (example: cloth, socks, apron) are not allowed for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
  • We only offer exchanges for items of the same price.
  • With respect to all branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.
    A. Sales Order

    All Sales Orders submitted to us through the ezbo.co website are subject to our acceptance. Sales Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the purchased Goods, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your Sales Order. We shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfil any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

    We reserves the right to refund you the Price of any Goods which has been paid and received by us, even after the relevant Sales Order is confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods.
